Excellent service and great quality pianos. I wasn't sure exactly which style or even size of piano I really wanted, and Thomas had great advice and let me spend ages trying loads of different pianos from the extensive stock. I'm very happy with the lovely Yamaha C3 baby grand I chose. The delivery company they use are excellent as well. (we were in the process of moving to Devon!) Highly recommended.

Stephen and the team transported my piano today and were just brilliant. From start to finish it was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free! It wasn’t the easiest of spaces to get the piano out from before loading on the van, yet they made it look so easy. They took such care of my piano at every step of the way and didn’t leave until they had it set up perfectly! Thank you, I’d have no hesitation using you again.

Fantastic service all round. I was looking specifically for a Yamaha U3 between certain years and found it here. Stephen was very knowledgeable and really helped with the sales process. Chris was fantastic at fixing a small issue I’d found and it was resolved within a day of arriving. They also helped to replace my stool which had a small scratch in it. My piano came a little tight out the factory and they sent over a piano technician to work their magic and now it performs excellently. Very good and highly recommended.

I bought my Bosendorfer 170 from Handel's after visiting and trying pianos in several different stores in the south. The process of buying the piano was relaxed and I felt reassured that I was dealing with a trustworthy company. The piano was french polished before it was sent, and I was able to see the work to check I was happy. The work done on the case was first class and it looked brilliant. Delivery went smoothly, overall I'm delighted with my purchase.

From the first visit to Handel pianos through to the delivery of my Bluthner Baby Grand was an immensely pleasurable experience. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They gave me as much time and space as I wanted to try out a very wide range of pianos over several visits. The piano I fell in love with needed some cosmetic repair and when delivered I discovered they had really gone the extra mile to make sure the whole instrument was gleaming.
