Ekaterina Romanova, our photographer, was amazing. An impromptu family photoshoot was amazing, giving us memories to last. Working with Splento was easy and quick.

If I could leave higher than a 5 I would! Excellent company - so quick & easy to book their services - even last minute like we did! Before we booked we felt in good hands as their customer service team (Gemma) was really quick & easy to respond to all of our questions, explaining everything clearly & in detail. We booked a photographer (Jose) and videographer (Amanuel) and they were both absolutely incredible! Super friendly, professional, helpful and very talented! We got amazing footage & photos that we will treasure forever. They really went above and beyond. Everything was sent over with an insanely fast turnaround time, with a really simple system to view/download/share the pics & vids. We absolutely can't fault anything - it was seamless from beginning to end, we'll recommend to everyone and definitely use again! :)

An absolutely great experience from the moment of landing on the website to receiving the final photographs. We booked a romantic photoshoot, the booking process was literally as easy as 1-2-3: you just pick the desired package, enter some details (takes a minute) and make a payment. You then receive a confirmation and a photographer got in touch us with us within minutes to confirm a place and time. I was also surprised that you could book a photoshoot the next morning at 08:00 am even though I was booking in the evening. So we booked an hour long shoot, it was raining on that day and the photographer kindly asked if we wanted to move it to another day but we decided to go for it anyway. The photographer, Daniel, made us feel at ease straight away and we didn't have to worry about anything, he told us what to do but not to the extent where we had to pose, we were just told to be ourselves to make the photos look as natural as possible. It was a lot of fun, despite the rain and the wind, totally loved the process itself :) Daniel went out of his way to capture a good angle! We received the photos pretty much the next day but the normal processing time is up to 48 hours, which is still very speedy. Absolutely loved the pics, it's a great memory and a great gift, too. We thought it wasn't possible to have quality + speed + price mix but Splento nailed it. Looking forward to our next photoshoot!

I always travel to London on very last minute decisions so it was almost impossible to find a photographer who would be available. Then I found Splento via google search and was super happy that there is a service which finds you a photographer on extremely short notice (even less than 24 hours!). So far I had 2 photo shoots and both times I was very impressed by the professionalism and skills both photographers had. The pictures were awesome, the communication with the office very efficient and helpful. I will definitely keep using Splento in the future and can only recommend it.

We booked the photographer "last minute" -- only 3/4 hours before the evening event. We were so happy and relieved that Splento had photographer available We were also very happy with the photographer's work. They are all so good that you can use raw pictures directly. But Splento still retouched them and make it more fabulous! We are really impressed by the good and fast service! So "High quality" and "Good and fast service" are the labels that match Splento best!

I had an excellent experience with Splento for our 10th wedding anniversary party. I booked via their website, spoke to Romano who was most helpful in explaining how it works. The quote was very reasonable for a 2 hour booking inclusive of 50 touched up photos. I paid online and immediately I was sent details of photographer Daniel who again was very responsive. He arrived before time and spent the 2 hours taking some amazing shots.the photos were u loaded for viewing within 12 hours. When I saw the photos, I was super happy as they are the best ever photos of my family and friends. Many thanks! I will use Splento every time I need a photographer.

Last week we had a first Birthday party for our baby son. As a present from our friends we had a photographer from Splento. What can I say? I love every photo we have received!
