The clue is in the name, Brilliant Bikes = Brilliant knowledge and service. The John Lewis of bike shops. This shop is the undisputed champion of the Brompton. They know their onions and when you have a technical question, they’ll know the answer, the options and have the bits in stock. It is a bit of a trek for me, but delivery is free and quick. The prices are always competitive and the YouTube channel is also excellent. Five Golden Stars, well-deserved.

The name "brilliant bikes" says it all, however it's not only the bikes which are brilliant, but the services, extremely useful videos on YouTube (which got me out of trouble so many times) and staff. I always shop online with them and have always been super happy with the services from delivery times and tracking to the packaging with a smiley face on the receipt inside - personal touch is always good. I do recommend this store to anyone needing parts or bikes with the best service I've witnessed to date. Period. Thank you.

Great bike shop and fantastic staff. Found out about Brilliant Bikes when I accidentally stumbled upon Hannah's insightful Brompton YouTube videos. Visited the shop today to browse and buy Brompton accessories. All the staff were really knowledgeable and welcoming, and Lee fitted my new telescopic seatpost while I waited. Great to meet and chat with Hannah too. Highly, highly recommended.

My small online order was competitively priced, shipped quickly, packaged well and there was a lovely hand-written note in the package to thank me for my order. A great company to deal with - I'll definitely use them again.

The reason that I found that shop is due to a advert on my Facebook profile about a franchise called "Intense Bikes". Which is a really good shop about on electric bikes. So....I had the feeling that my bike would need a special attention, expert and professional services. So This shop of "Brilliant bikes". Made a excellent job from inside out. Really happy after buying my first 'adult' bike from Brilliant Bikes. Friendly, easy to deal with and really quick turnaround - My bike even got delivered on a Sunday! Follow them on YouTube too - Invaluable, insightful videos that helped navigate all of the different options available.

I would advise that you don’t buy anything too complicated from Brilliant Bikes. I’m sure in most cases buying from them will be satisfactory, but if something they sell is faulty it seems to me they just don’t have the resources to sort it out swiftly or with good grace. I received a rear wheel that wasn’t right and it rapidly sent the whole shop into a tailspin. What is worse, the implication throughout was that I was the idiot who had put the wheel on incorrectly, or ordered the wrong stuff or… anything that meant they didn’t have to take responsibility. And when some bits from the it-turns-out-it-was-faulty wheel weren’t sent back to me, it was then suggested that i hadn’t sent them in the first place. So add liar to idiot in the customer blaming list. At least the mechanics apologised - I still haven’t had an apology from the shop owner. ****updated following response from Brilliant Bikes**** The sprocket was faulty as explained by Lee. However - potential customers: note the acknowledgement from the shop that they can’t do complicated stuff. Spend your money elsewhere.

Superb! Found Brilliant Bikes via their incredibly informative and clever YouTube Channel. Need a bag for my Brompton with enough space for 5 day/nights worth of lightweight travelling. Emailed, and Hannah replied (out of hrs) with some 'brilliant' suggestions. Placed an order later than evening, the next day (a Friday) an email to say that my order had been shipped, and it arrived here today, Monday. Faulous, thank you!

I’ve been ordering parts from Brilliant Bikes for a number of years. Always knowledgeable & efficient, always helpful. I recently bought two Bromptons and Brilliant Bikes & its staff have been been, well, brilliant. Very patient with our questions with responses well after normal shop hours. Special thanks to Hannah for giving exceptional customer service & to the friendly chap who delivered the bikes. A bike shop which I highly recommend.
