we purchased a home in Virgina Waters recently. from viewings to completion the process was stress free. Karen from the Sunningdale office dealt with us, such a delightful person with lots of knowledge and a great persona. we viewed the property 4 times before putting in an offer, we even turned up unannounced and called Karen to view the property and she diligently arranged for us to view it within an hour even on her day off. I would definitely recommend Savills for service and efficiency esp. Karen. A great experience from start to finish. after completion we still had some queries and Karen is still in touch and helping out on any information i may require from previous owner.
